MANAGEMENT TEAM
Ademola A Tosoye is the Executive Director of the Association. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration degree majoring in International Finance and Economic Development from the University of Stirling, Scotland. Ademola A Tosoye has over 18 years experience in microfinance development and project management consulting work. He was the Chief Operating Officer of an International Non-Governmental organisation before joining the Association.
Michael Kay is a Micro finance specialist with over 10 years experience. He has hands on experience in Training, curriculum development, Human Resource development, Staff Policies and Procedures. Over the past five years, he has gained considerable experience in the following areas:
- Credit and Micro Finance Operations and Management
- Training curriculum development,
- Training and Institutional capacity building
- Human resource development
- Development of Staff Policies and Procedures
Michael is currently developing the Training Unit of the Association.
Azlam Kashif is Head of our Web Development Team. Prior to joining the association, Azlam worked for over seven years with an IT consulting firms with projects in the banking sector in Eastern Europe. He is a Microsoft certified Network Engineer, and has a Masters degree in Telecommunication & Computer Networks Engineering.
Sarah Braxton is the Membership manager of the association. She co-ordinates all the work and activities relating to our membership drive.
