Engaged in evaluation and designing of Islamic Microfinance Product Kashf Murabaha. The work on product manuals includes preparing product manuals, explaining product parameters, collateral and HR requirements along with training needs. Also worked on product roll out plan, pilot evaluation studies of products and devising product wise marketing strategy. • Digital Financial Solutions: Worked on developing credit scoring model and successfully testing its pilot for a leading MFI in Pakistan. Also worked on branchless banking and agency pilot for FINCA. Was the core member of the team of a leading MFI in Pakistan to develop and test tablet solutions to make loan disbursements. Worked on using CAPI technology to capture client level information. • Marketing and Business Development: Worked on Sales and Mobilization strategy of various SME products for both commercial banks and microfinance banks. Moreover, drafted marketing plan/market penetration strategy of enterprise lending products, savings products, and rural microfinance products. Also worked on brand awareness research project, devising brand development framework and strategy along with working on designing product promotion materials including developing SMART branch concept. Also worked on drafting product communication messages for clients.

Mr Godfrey Crentsil
Godfrey Crentsil - is the Executive Director of the Financial Inclusion Advocacy Centre (UK AND GHANA). Godfrey has extensive experience in deposit mobilisation and curriculum development. Godfrey is also an experienced facilitator and organiser. He was the facilitator for the recent Financial Inclusion Summit in Ghana that was attended by a number of international investors and participants from West Africa. The Microfinance Association work in collaboration with the Financial Inclusion Advocacy Centre.

Mr Ademola has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in International Finance and Economic Development from the University of Stirling, Scotland. Ademola has considerable experience in: Credit and Micro Finance Operations and Management, Mobilization of savings for deposits, Training and curriculum development, Capacity building for Organizations involved in Microfinance. Ademola has good management skills and has a strategic approach on microfinance development issues.
